What is kidcrate?
kidcrate is a new mystery box for the kid community -
How will it work?
Customers can pre-order their kidcrate either by inworld kiosks - which we aim to place in participating stores and our headquarters - or on the marketplace. When they pre-order their box they will receive an access card!
On the set date and time the box is released, the customer only has to wear and click on the access card and they'll receive their Hud!
The HUD will showcase either LOGO's or sneak peeks of the items included in the box, and once clicked on the customer will receive all the items individually.
If a customer would like to purchase a previous, old box or a box from any point once it has gone live, they can do so from our headquarters but the price will be double what it cost at pre-order.
Dates
Pre-order opens = 15th of the previous month. (If October box, pre-order opens on 15th of September).
Pre-order closes = 12am SLT on the 1st of the month.
Box goes live = 12pm SLT on the 1st of the month.
